A number of the nearly 200 teachers who were trained by Heart/Trust NTA as part of the E-Learning Jamaica Project turned out recently to collect their certificates at Glenmuir High School. These teachers are now competent to integrate Information and Communication Technologies into the teaching/learning process. Over 800 teachers will be awarded certificates all over the island in March and April of this year.

The meeting was held to discuss, with the Minister, the plans ALPART will put in place to help it cope with the worldwide pressure that the decrease in the price and demand for aluminium has on the company.
